Randy Moss Is Out Of The AFC East!

Finally some good news going forward for the Dolphins.  It doesn't affect them first hand, but I have a feeling it will in the long run.  Randy Moss has been traded from the New England Patriots to the Minnesota Vikings for a reported 3rd round pick.  Here is an article from Pro Football Talk, written by Mike Florio http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/10/06/report-moss-deal-is-done/ . This is a big deal for the Dolphins in a few ways, firstly the Patriots are taking a large gamble on getting rid of Moss, and presumably resting their hopes on youngster Brandon Tate to pick up the slack.  Another way this may help the Dolphins is, the Vikings are playing the Jets this Monday night.  Moss is expected to be in the lineup and I am guessing will be fired up to be back with his old team.  So as I stated before this deal did not affect the Dolphins Directly but in some ways it could help give the Dolphins a chance to get back in the race for the AFC East crown.
