Brandon Marshall has been downgraded from doubtful to out for this Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders.This will mean Hartline and Bess will have to pick up the slack. More importantly, Ronnie and Ricky will have to have a big game this week. They will need to take the pressure off of whoever is starting at quarterback, especially now that Marshall is out
