Week 7 in the NFL Pttsburgh Steelers V.S. Miami Dolphins

Well here we go, the Miami Dolphins will be hosting the Pittsburgh Steelers this Sunday at 1pm.  ESPN has come out with new Power Rankings for week 7, they have the Steelers ranked #1 overall with a record of 4 - 1 and boasting the league's top ranked defense.  The Dolphins are ranked # 16 overall, one spot up from last weeks #17 ranking.
On paper this doesn't look like a good match up for the Dolphins, but we know as football fans that any given Sunday anything can happen.  With a huge road win and the NFL's top team coming into Miami this Sunday expect the Dolphins to get up for this game and make it a very emotional game.  The Dolphins showed last week that to be successful they need to run the ball.  This will not be an easy task against the stingy Steeler defense, but to be successful I believe that they have to run the ball well, this will hopefully help to open up the passing lanes deep for a few Chad Henne to Brandon Marshall bomb attempts.
Chad Henne will have to be on his best behaviour this weekend when it comes to protecting the football.  The Steelers have many ball hawking defenders that jump all over mistakes by quarterbacks.  Absolutely NO turnovers is a must for the Dolphins to have a shot.
Finally, the Dolphins will have to get after Big Ben!  He will be starting his second game since coming back from suspension so the more pressure on him the more likely he is to make a mistake.  They Dolphins are going to need more help pressuring Big Ben than just Cameron Wake, who is turning into an elite pass rusher in the NFL .  Look for Randy Starks and Koa Misi to be blitzing quite often, as well as Karlos Dansby being able to be freed up a bit now that Channing Crowder is back.

This is going to be a huge game for the Dolphins, if they win they will be right back in the thick of things for the Division title and will have immediate respect from the whole NFL.

Stay tuned for more updates later this week.
